Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your organizational skills and multi-tasking expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and pups warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and attended to promptly Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and check dogs in and out on customer retention management platform Clean self-wash tubs after use, ensure shampoo bottles are filled and tidy, complete laundry as needed Maintain a high level of cleanliness- mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing the common spaces and self-wash area Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, offering information, and escalating issues appropriately Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong people skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Enjoy being around dogs and handling dogs for brief periods of time Exceptional phone etiquette and providing customer service Prior experience as a front desk receptionist is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific roles Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm and organizational talent will set the tone for a welcoming environment.
