Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be courteous, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple tasks with a positive attitude. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handle a variety of clerical duties, and support office management to foster an efficient and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries, with promptness and organization Maintain office filing system and ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming Maintain strict client confidentiality Deliver tax returns and other documents to clients Assemble tax returns and audit reports Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize office productivity Support office management activities by organizing files, proofreading documents, and assisting with clerical tasks such as filing and document preparation Requirements Proven office experience or administrative support background with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone communication professionally and effectively Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles is preferred Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational and outstanding service talents shine!
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
