Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist Answer and direct incoming phone calls obtain patient information and data entry insurance verification/eligibility collect co-pay, deductibles and patient balance Maintain daily schedule, confirm appointments Work on referrals Must be bilingual Applicant must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks. Must be self sufficient with most daily duties and questions and be able to work independently when needed, but also take direction and work as a team-member. Pay depends on experience.
