Position Overview:

We are seeking self-motivated and organized individuals to join our team as a Cryotherapy Technician/ Receptionist. If you're passionate about helping others find pain relief and achieve their fitness and wellness goals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with exceptional customer service Answer phones and manage inquiries Schedule appointments and handle client communications Maintain an organized and clean reception area Post on social media and promote our services Sell memberships and collect payments Perform opening and closing duties Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles required Experience in selling services or memberships is essential Proficient with computers and scheduling software Must be 18 years or older Flexible availability, including weekends Experience with facility modalities is a plus
