Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization! In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly environment Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives Support office management tasks including laundry and helping set up for clients Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing timely and accurate information Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while managing office communications efficiently Requirements Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy including data entry, filing, and document proofreading Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Join us to be part of a supportive team where your organizational talents and positive attitude will make a real difference!
