The Retreat is a private gated golf community located in Cleburne, TX We are seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Sales Team. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth administrative flow. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting our vibrant team. The work week is Thursday through Monday (every weekend). Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading, and document preparation with accuracy Experience Candidates should possess prior office or administrative experience, demonstrating strong organizational skills and proficiency with computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. Essential skills include excellent phone communication, time management, and data entry accuracy.
