The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with a diverse clientele. The Bilingual Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Manage front desk operations, ensuring a tidy and organized reception area. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Assist with office management duties, including scheduling appointments. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents. Provide support to collision staff as needed. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls and messages. Qualifications Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Strong computer literacy with experience in office software applications. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to arrive at scheduled start times.
