Job Description
We're looking for an entry-level receptionist/office coordinator/office administrator. This is a temporary position. Pay will depend on experience. Someone who is responsible and keeps schedules on time. Have a very bubbly personality. To assist with work schedules, time-keeping. Answering phone calls, filing, follow-up with job leads, following up with customers - making sure they're happy and satisfied; Customer is always first! Invoicing, light warehouse duties - inventory-keep record of all tools/equipment, light cleaning of tools/machines. Creating new outlets. Microsoft Word, Excel other computer software a major plus (but not required). Must have the ability to learn!! Must have a valid driver's license, must be over the age of 18, must be legal to work in the U.S., must also have own transportation.
