Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure a smooth flow of daily activities, creating a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and clarity Maintain organized filing systems, including document management and data entry using spreadsheets and productivity software Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management Utilize computer skills Perform clerical duties including proofreading, word processing, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth office operations Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong clerical skills Excellent customer service abilities with professional phone etiquette Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required in order to serve our Spanish speaking patients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tools. Experience in EcW. Technical proficiency with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and Fax. Prior experience in office management or administrative support roles is highly desirable Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with strong time management skills Personal assistant or customer service experience is a plus This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative skills while providing outstanding support within a vibrant team environment.
