Job Description

Our growing automotive group is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle customer-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our customers walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Social media knowledge is also critical in this position. An ideal candidate acts as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, focusing on building trust, enhancing satisfaction, and fostering long-term loyalty. Key duties include resolving complex complaints, managing inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, social media), and analyzing feedback to improve service. Greet customers as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents Ability to create organized filing system Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic Addressing, investigating, and solving customer complaints or service issues in a professional, timely manner. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing information on products, services, and policies. Proactively engaging with clients to foster loyalty, trust, and retention. Collecting, documenting, and reporting customer feedback and trends to management to improve processes. Working with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless, consistent customer experience.
