DESK RECEPTIONIST

Our dog spa is looking for a friendly, dependable, and positive team player to join our front desk team!

Pay:

$15/hour

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday Hours:

9:00 AM-5:00

PM Responsibilities:

Answer phones and assist customers with questions Schedule and manage appointments Ring up customers and handle payments Keep the front desk and salon area clean, organized, and welcoming Communicate professionally with pet parents and coworkers Work as part of a team to help keep the salon running smoothly

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is friendly, reliable, and dependable Has great customer service skills Is comfortable answering phones and working with customers Is organized and able to multitask Works well with a team Loves dogs and enjoys being around pets Is willing to help wherever needed Experience in a salon, grooming facility, veterinary office, or customer service is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
