Department Continuing Education Position Type Non-Exempt Employment Status Part-Time Salary $14.00 / Hourly Open Date 11/12/2025 Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Position Summary Information Job Description Summary Assist students/departments will all aspects of registration process for Continuing Education, Health Care, and Corporate Services. Greet students/visitors in person and on the phone. Help provide routine clerical support; and monitor the office/building area cleanliness and maintenance. Other duties may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalency. Six (6) months office/clerical related experience. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Computer literate. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Additional education or technical/specialized training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Special Instructions to Applicants This is a security-sensitive position.
