Principle Auto Receptionist Who You Are Principle Auto is looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our rapidly growing dealerships. The receptionist will be the face of the dealership and the first impression. The receptionist must be highly motivated, think quickly, and have the ability to complete tasks and projects with little to no supervision. The receptionist must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Receptionist :
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. Greet visitors and employees as they walk into the building. Set up and verify appointments for clients. Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • responding independently when possible.
Will be required to scan and file repair orders. Accurately process, apply, and document received payments. Responsible for the contents of the assigned cash box and for balancing it daily. Restock and keep the customer lounge areas clean. Responsible for keeping the immediate area and the surrounding area clean and tidy. Qualifications of the
Receptionist:
Minimum of 1 year working as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with a multiline phone system and have basic computer skills. Experience setting up/verifying appointments for clients and/or researching/answering clients' questions. High degree of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information. Must be able to provide quick turnaround of unanticipated requests. Must be able to prioritize and organize workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong business acumen and judgment are necessary. Ability to maintain performance in high-pressure situations. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use of hands to hold, handle, or feel; and able to reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to talk, hear, walk, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
