Job Description
Our team is a dedicated, to customer service. Patient experience and providing excellent patient care. Seeking Front Desk to help us continue to grow as a team. Position Summary Front Desk oversees daily front desk responsibilities and supports patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and treatment presentation as needed. This is not an office manager position. Must have previous experience in dental field.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrive on time Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages daily while completing front desk operations Confirmation of appointments Insurance verification Billing Maintain a professional appearance and uphold phone etiquette standards . Communicate with patients and parents in a professional, informative, and compassionate manner Detailed intake when a patient calls. Present treatment plans as needed Maintain organized schedules and ensure efficient patient flow Build office schedule by working dedicated list of patients Collaborate with a cohesive and supportive dental team Assist with office management tasks such as clean environments duties ,supply inventory and general administrative support Skills Insurance Verification for PPO & Medicaid Knowledge of PPO and Medicaid Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with high typing speed Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable for diverse client interactions Previous office experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills for correspondence and documents Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Batching and Billing dental procedures. Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, supporting customer inquiries, and providing great customer service with patients and office support as a teamQualifications:
Required:
