Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Fast Track. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position. Must be able to work afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information as needed. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and office management duties. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications relevant to office management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment. Familiarity with front desk operations and clerical duties is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
