Gossip and Co. Nail Salon at 9212 Fry Road offers a chic and tranquil haven, dedicated to delivering premium nail services in a serene ambiance. Our mission is to ensure every client feels embraced and rejuvenated during their visit, leaving with impeccably styled nails and a sense of tranquility. We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Receptionist who can also enhance our social media presence. If you are passionate about beauty, have excellent customer service skills, and love creating engaging content, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment bookings and schedule changes. Handle phone calls and client inquiries professionally. Coordinate with nail technicians to ensure seamless operations. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Keep the reception area clean and organized. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Candidates who can film and photograph nails and the salon are preferred. Candidates who are confident on camera to help create content for social media.

Experience:

Great customer service skills. Proficient in using social media platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Hardworking, honest, and responsible. Good English communication skills and capable of handling customer situations. Previous nail salon experience is a plus.
