This role is the heart of our client experience—you'll be the first smile they see and the steady support that keeps our day running smoothly. Your enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease will help create a welcoming, seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors—two‑legged and four‑legged alike. What You'll Do; Client Service & Communication Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival Answer multi‑line phones with professionalism and efficiency Schedule appointments, manage confirmation calls, and coordinate follow‑ups Communicate clearly with clients about scheduling, services, and general questions Maintain a calm, supportive demeanor during urgent or emotional situations Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining excellent customer service standards Manage phone system with professionalism and answer inquiries promptly Accept payments, have the ability to count money, input payments, and provide receipts. clinic! Clerical & Administrative Duties Check clients in and out, ensuring accurate information and smooth flow Weigh Dogs at check-in. Process payments, invoices, and estimates Maintain organized digital and paper records Assist with prescription refill requests and relay messages to medical staff Keep the lobby tidy, welcoming, and well‑stocked Team Support Collaborate closely with technicians and doctors to support daily workflow Help manage the flow of appointments, drop‑offs, and walk‑ins Provide backup assistance during busy periods What We're Looking For A positive, professional, client‑focused attitude Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication—both in person and over the phone Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑first mindset!!!
