Front Desk Receptionist Create a Professional Experience From the Moment People Arrive We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage the flow of visitors, calls, appointments, and day-to-day front office activity at our Dallas location. You'll be responsible for making sure people know where to go, messages reach the right person, appointments are organized, and the front office remains prepared throughout the day. This is a people-focused administrative role for someone who is naturally organized, communicates well, and can handle a steady mix of scheduled and unexpected requests.
A typical week could involve:
Welcoming visitors and helping them with general enquiries Managing the arrival and departure of guests and visitors Answering calls and identifying the appropriate person or department Coordinating appointments and updating shared calendars Managing meeting room schedules and notifying teams of arrivals Receiving packages, mail, and office deliveries Preparing visitor information and basic meeting materials Maintaining front office records and contact information Responding to routine emails and directing enquiries appropriately Communicating messages and follow-up requests to internal teams Helping coordinate meetings, visitors, and general office requirements Keeping reception areas organized and ready for visitors Monday to Friday The position is full-time and on-site in Dallas, TX, with regular weekday hours. You'll work closely with employees and visitors throughout the day while supporting the wider office with routine administrative coordination.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with different people, can manage several requests without losing track of details, and understands the importance of professionalism and confidentiality in an office environment. Strong communication, organization, basic computer skills, and reliability are important. Training will be provided on company systems, office procedures, and day-to-day responsibilities.
