Job Description
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring necessary supplies are available Provide accurate information in person, by phone, and via email Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Control access to the office, monitor visitor logbooks, and issue badges in accordance with security procedures Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel or accommodations as needed Maintain records of office expenses Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and other administrative tasks Qualifications Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with standard office equipment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities Customer-service orientation with the ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure Additional Information This is an on-site position (not remote) Benefits may be subject to a waiting period and are available to full-time employees only We value dependable, people-oriented, and adaptable team members who take pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
