Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services and promotions. Coordinate with service technicians and management to ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Support the Business Development Center by contacting customers for service reminders and follow-ups. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or reception preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency including experience with scheduling software and MS Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
