Compensation will be based on your level of experience. This is one of the most important roles in our office. We need someone who is highly organized, reliable, and able to confidently manage a fast-paced front office while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the front office Scheduling appointments and assisting patients Answering phones and responding to inquiries professionally Verifying insurance and processing patient information Maintaining accurate records and office organization Supporting the clinical team and helping create a positive patient experience Handling multiple responsibilities while staying organized and efficient
Qualifications:
Previous front office or medical office experience preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated team player who takes pride in keeping an office organized and running efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
Pay:
