Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while helping maintain efficient daily office operations. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred. Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and manage calendars Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general clerical duties Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain organized records and office supplies Keep the reception area professional and welcoming Insurance verification experience is a plus Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Insurance verification experience is a plus
Pay:
$10.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per weekBenefits:
