Overview We are seeking a motivated, bilingual front dest receptionist to join our growing chiropractic practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Join our dynamic healthcare team as a full-time front desk receptionist! You will be the first point of contact, managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments accurately while coordinating with clinical staff to optimize daily workflow. Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear information and directing calls appropriately. Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing health records. Support medical billing processes through basic understanding of CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding, and medical collection procedures. Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports or correspondence as needed. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing patient needs promptly and courteously. Qualifications Previous clinic or medical office experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and office procedures. Strong computer skills Knowledge of health insurance processes including Medicare, HIPAA compliance, CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and medical billing practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone communication effectively and maintain professional office etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Demonstrated clerical experience involving filing, typing (including 10-key typing), and office organization. Ability to review documentation thoroughly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
