Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred) Bloom Head Spa & Massage Farmers Branch, TX Job Details Part-time $10 - $13 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish Teamwork Receptionist experience within education industry English Time management Full Job Description Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred) Bloom Head Spa & Massage is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service. Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails professionally. Schedule and manage appointments. Explain spa services and recommend memberships, packages, and add-ons. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with massage therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Resolve customer concerns professionally. Keep the reception area clean and organized. Assist with administrative and marketing tasks as needed. Qualifications Friday-Sunday Fluent in English (required). Mandarin Chinese or Spanish is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to resolve conflicts professionally. Comfortable using computers, booking software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude. Previous spa, salon, medical spa, or customer service experience is preferred. Pay $10-13 per hour, based on experience.
