This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for creating a great experience for our guests from the moment they walk in. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and handling busy environments, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do Welcome and check in customers at the front desk Explain race packages and help customers choose the best option Enter racers into the system and manage race flow Deliver clear and engaging safety briefings Assist customers when needed (helmets, general support, etc.) Keep the front desk area clean and organized Restock fridge and supplies when needed Communicate with management when items are running low What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling multiple customers at once Basic computer skills Reliable and proactive (you don't wait to be told what to do) Able to follow procedures and guidelines while staying proactive and thinking independently .
