We are seeking a friendly and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at KW GO Network Frisco office. As the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and team members, the Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary. Manage the booking of meeting rooms, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation. Maintain a neat and tidy reception area, including waiting rooms and common areas. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with basic office tasks, such as ordering office supplies and managing inventory. Collaborate with other team members to improve office processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Respond to inquiries about company services, policies, and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies and standards.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus. Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suite) and comfortable using office equipment (printers, copiers, phones). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. A positive attitude and a willingness to assist others as needed.Benefits:
