With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges. Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Be able to direct and assist client customers to the correct departments or local contacts.
Qualifications:
Good communication skills. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Ability to complete projects in a timely manner. Basic Office 365 knowledge (comfortable using Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Telephone Skills Verbal Communication Listening Professionalism Customer Focus Organization Handles Pressure Supply Management Education and Experience:
University/college degree is an asset but not required High school diploma or equivalent Required. Experience in a related area preferred but not required
