Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Microsoft Office tools Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized filing systems and updating spreadsheets regularly Assist with general office management duties such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining supplies Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with excellent phone etiquette Support administrative tasks including word processing, document preparation, and managing correspondence Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or technical tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and visitors Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is an advantage but not required Demonstrated professionalism in phone communication, including phone etiquette and client communication skills This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative expertise in a vibrant environment.
