What You'll Do:
Front Desk & Member Experience Greet members, guests, and prospective clients with a warm, professional welcome.
Answer incoming phone calls and route or assist callers as needed.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist members with day-to-day questions and requests.
Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area and shared spaces.
Help resolve customer service issues with professionalism, patience, and good judgment.
Assist with member move-ins and move-outs, including setup and coordination.
Build relationships with members and help create a strong sense of community within the center. Tours & Sales Support Welcome prospective clients who call or walk into the Georgetown location.
Conduct tours of available private offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms, and other workspace options when the General Manager is unavailable.
Ask questions and listen to prospects to understand their business and workspace needs.
Clearly explain Heritage Office Suites' services, amenities, and membership options.
Capture prospect information and accurately enter leads and follow-up details into our systems.
Help create a positive experience that turns inquiries and walk-ins into new Heritage Office Suites members. Center Operations Maintain accurate information across our software platforms.
Coordinate with local vendors and service providers.
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Serve as a liaison between members and our IT support company when basic technology issues arise.
Assist the General Manager and corporate team with projects as needed. What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, leasing, retail, or another customer-facing role.
Some sales experience or experience working with prospective customers is strongly preferred.
A friendly, outgoing personality and the confidence to engage with new people.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to comfortably conduct a tour and explain products and services to prospective clients.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Comfortable learning new technology and software platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in hospitality, coworking, executive suites, apartment leasing, hotels, or similar service-oriented environments is a plus.
