Job Description
Job Summary The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company, providing administrative support and handling various tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing Skills
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with phone systems and office management procedures
- Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Calendar management and basic office tasks
- Strong front desk presence with excellent customer support skills
- Computer literacy with the ability to use standard office software
