Job Description

Overview Are you passionate about animals and customer care? We're looking for a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and provide exceptional service to our clients and their pets. At Granbury Animal Clinic, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality veterinary care with a warm, personal touch. Our team is dedicated to treating every pet like family and making sure their owners feel informed and supported every step of the way. Duties Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reminders Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate client records Communicate clearly with clients about services, wait times, and follow-ups Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in a veterinary or medical office (preferred, but not required ) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Comfort with computers and scheduling software A love for animals and a team-oriented attitude
