Job Description

Seeking applicants to work the front desk. As a receptionist, you must be able to communicate with clients and co-workers, stay organized, and handle unexpected situations in an orderly manner (i.e., confused clients, clients without appointments, etc.). Duties will also consist of clerical work, such as filing and handling mail. Administrative work, like keeping track of schedules and alerting assistants of clients, will be required of you as well. Experience not needed, training will be provided. However, applicants with experience will be paid accordingly. Must speak Spanish. and english Responsibilities
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
  • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
  • Welcoming and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Cash register closing reports Skills
  • Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
