Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in medical reception are a plus. Duties Greeting and scheduling patient and visitors Calling patients to remind them of appointments Answering and routing calling addressing inquires Must have basic knowledge of computers hours many vary for receptionists depending on doctor's schedule Must have excellent communication skills and presentable Managing schedule: calling and confirming all appointments Filling/scanning records Updating patient's records Collecting patient's copays This role is integral to maintaining a professional front office environment that supports both clients and staff.
