Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic clerical tasks Assist with client communication and customer support by providing information and resolving inquiries effectively Perform general administrative duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks when needed Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or technical tools such as QuickBooks or other productivity software Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and file management Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication abilities and phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively Previous experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and office management is preferred Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity levels Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
