We specialize in aircraft fueling, hangar space, ground handling, and concierge services for private, corporate, and chartered aircraft. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional service, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we go the extra mile to meet the needs of pilots, passengers, and crew. Job Description Greet and assist arriving and departing pilots, passengers, and crew members in a professional, friendly manner. Provide information regarding FBO services, amenities, and local attractions. Coordinate ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and catering services as requested. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Communicate with guests regarding fueling, hangar space, aircraft parking, and other services. Monitor control access to restricted areas. Act as a liaison between pilots, passengers, FBO staff, and third-party vendors. Schedule and confirm arrivals and departures for transient and based aircrafts. Liaise with line service staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Answer phone calls, route calls, and take messages as necessary. Manage emails and other correspondence efficiently. Update and maintain logs, records, and databases (including aircraft movements and customer preferences). Handle billing and payment processing for services rendered (fueling, parking, catering, etc.). Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas. Restock beverages, snacks, and reading materials in the lobby as needed. Ensure effective communication between internal departments to meet customer needs. Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Experience with preparing and issuing invoices, Strong multitasking and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve issues efficiently. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, and holidays, based on flight schedules Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
