Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist and Administrative Assistant role based in Beverly Hills, TX. The individual in this position will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain a welcoming reception area. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing basic correspondence, and supporting office staff with clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation. The role also involves coordinating meeting logistics, maintaining office supplies, and providing courteous customer service to clients and vendors. The Receptionist and Administrative Assistant will work closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations and consistent communication. Qualifications Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills, including managing multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors professionally. Clerical skills such as filing, data entry, mail handling, and preparing basic documents and reports. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Customer service skills focused on providing a positive, responsive, and helpful experience to all visitors and callers. Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort learning new systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and work reliably with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in reception or administrative support is preferred.
