This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and willing to learn. Qualifications Bilingual preferred Good with technology/computers Willing to learn and take initiative Reliable transportation / able to commute Duties Filing and organizing documents Answering phone calls and assisting customers Responding to questions when management is unavailable Assisting with front desk operations Learning and handling the intake process for incoming packages Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Schedule Tuesday - Friday (Weekends if needed) 4pm - 9pm
