Check Out Receptionist

Vital Heart And Vein is growing rapidly and is searching for a experienced candidate to join our Check Out Department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
• Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the check out desk area
• Schedule follow-up appointments, patient procedures/testing
• Reschedule providers clinic when needed

Google Reviews Requirements:

• Proven experience as a medical check out receptionist or in a similar role
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
• Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• E Clinical works experience
