What You'll Do As our Front Desk Receptionist , you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and the driving force behind an organized, seamless front-office experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves leadership, efficiency, and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Be the face of our practice
  • Create an exceptional patient experience by providing warm welcomes and ensuring every visit starts with a smile. (Empathy) Lead our front desk operations
  • Oversee scheduling, patient communications, and team coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. (Teamwork) Master scheduling & efficiency
  • Keep the office running on time while optimizing provider schedules for maximum effectiveness. (Innovation) Enhance patient care
  • Handle inquiries, guide patients through their treatment journey, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism. (Empathy) Drive innovation
  • Identify and implement new processes to improve efficiency and enhance the patient experience. (Innovation) Collaborate with the clinical team
  • Work closely with our orthodontists, assistants, and leadership team to maintain a high standard of patient care. (Teamwork) Manage financial interactions
  • Process payments, discuss financial options, and ensure seamless transactions with patients. (Empathy & Innovation) What You Bring Experience in dental, orthodontics, or medical front office ( preferred but not required for the right leader with strong administrative and customer service skills ). Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
  • You can anticipate challenges, troubleshoot effectively, and maintain a smooth patient flow. (Innovation & Teamwork) Exceptional organization & attention to detail
