• Full-time We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing MedSpa team in Katy, TX.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping clients feel welcome, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong customer service skills. Experience in a medical spa, salon, or healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Check clients in and out for appointments Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records Promote memberships, packages, retail products, and services Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/lobby area Assist with client intake forms and update patient records Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and waitlists Follow up with clients regarding appointments, reviews, and satisfaction Support marketing efforts such as social media inquiries or promotions Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or MedSpa experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge Sales experience is a plus Fluent in English required; Spanish speaking is a strong plus
