Front Desk Receptionist with Growth Opportunity Full-Time | Katy/Fulshear | $15-$20/hour, based on experience Starting November or December 2026 We're growing—and we're looking for someone excited to grow with us! Dr. Yi Yang is hiring a friendly, motivated front desk receptionist to help launch our new Ikon Orthodontics office in Jordan Ranch this December. You'll work primarily at our Katy/Fulshear office, with occasional coverage at Modern Orthodontist in Tomball. You'll be one of the first people our patients meet and help set the tone for their entire experience. If you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and contributing ideas, we'd love to meet you! What you'll do Welcome patients and families and help them feel at home Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments Help new patients get started and follow up with prospective patients Assist with paperwork, payments, and insurance coordination Keep the front office organized and appointments running smoothly Help with community outreach, social media, and fun patient experiences Jump in where needed as we build our new office together Who we're looking for A warm, outgoing personality and strong communication skills Someone dependable, organized, and comfortable learning new software A team player who takes initiative and follows through Someone who enjoys wearing different hats and learning new skills Dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred Ability to occasionally work at our Tomball office Room to grow As our practices grow, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and advance into expanded roles.
