We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work the afternoon shift Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed at the front counter of our dry-cleaning store. Industry experience is not necessary but preferred. We are willing to train the right motivated and reliable candidate.

Duties & Functions:

Interact with customers in a friendly, customer service-orientated manner Process incoming laundry & dry-cleaning orders Retrieve outgoing orders and cash out customers Troubleshoot, and resolve problems as necessary

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills Pay attention to detail and follow a defined system Able to solve problems Able to lift 20 pounds Work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment Fluency in English is required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
