We are looking for someone to help us with day-to-day while continuing to make our schools the happiest music school around. Having taught over 14,000+ students since opening & 6 time Award Winners including Most Loved Music Lessons, 6 music schools in Southlake, Fort Worth, Colleyville, Lewisville and Keller we offer a supportive, inspiring community for quality music education in a fun & friendly professional atmosphere. $15

• 18 per hour + Sales Commission + Growth Bonuses + PTO.

Opportunities for advancement to Manager Role and more hours as needed at all our locations. Move up as fast as you are willing to learn. Ability to move up in pay fast by learning and knowing our customer service levels that make our customer experience AMAZING! Must have reliable transportation as travel between our Lewisville, Keller, Bedford, Southlake & Fort Worth offices as needed. Must be willing to work as needed at all four locations, some nights and weekends required. No music or music education experience is required.

SCHEDULE

Varies each week depending on the needs of the company, but primarily Monday-Thursday approximately 2-9pm Saturday 9-5pm On Call on Fridays and Saturdays every other week. Room for advancement with pay based on performance. Great position for someone who has a lot of flexibility, doesn't mind night and weekend work.

JOB DUTIES

• Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).
• Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.
• An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.
• If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
• Registering clients
• Managing our online systems
• Cleaning
• Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
• Interacting with customers Ideal qualifications and experience:

• Salon Any position that is fast paced, with a lot of interaction with the public.
