Job Description

Modern Nail Bar is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Salon Receptionist / Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong interest in nails and the beauty industry, and can create a welcoming experience for every client who enters the salon.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in salon guests Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries Assisting with appointment scheduling and client communication Supporting a smooth front-desk and client experience Communicating current salon services and promotions Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area Supporting the salon team with day-to-day front-of-house needs Providing excellent customer service during busy periods Assisting with other reasonable salon operations as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer-service and communication skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Strong interest in nails, beauty, and the salon industry Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable communicating with clients in person, by phone, and digitally Flexible schedule Weekend availability required Availability for at least two weekday evenings Cosmetology license preferred, but not required Previous salon, beauty, hospitality, retail, or front-desk experience is a plus
Position Details:
Part-time Up to 20 hours per week $14-$16/hour Weekends required Two weekday evening shifts required On-site at Modern Nail Bar We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the Modern Nail Bar community not simply work the front desk. If you're passionate about client experience, beauty, nails, and creating a welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
