Job Description

As a Reception/admin assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Duties include greeting and welcoming clients and people who visit the business, directing visitors to the appropriate person and office as well as offering administrative support across the organization. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and messages, and distributing correspondence and packages. Ensuring the reception area, coffee bar, and closing rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials is also a part of responsibilities. You will be receipting contracts and opening files which includes handling money and ordering and filing/scanning information. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Multitasking, organizational, and stress management skillsare essential for this position.
Hands-on experience is a plus:
Phone systems, office machines and computer skills; solid written and verbal skills; professional with customer service in mind.
