We offer a wide range of wellness and beauty services, from therapeutic Swedish massages to advanced chemical peels designed to target fine lines and wrinkles. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Spa Coordinator (Front Desk Associate) who is enthusiastic about self-care, customer service, and sales. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Becoming knowledgeable in all Divine Touch Spa services and booking software Greeting guests and assisting with check-in/check-out Scheduling appointments efficiently Promoting retail products and service enhancements such as aromatherapy and CBD treatments (Sales is a major component of this role.) Recommending promotions, memberships, and retail items Processing cash and credit card transactions Organizing and filing confidential guest intake and membership forms Completing daily operational checklists and assigned duties Assisting management with inventory as needed Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the spa, including workstations, common areas, treatment rooms, foot soak stations, and laundry

Schedule Requirements:

Business hours are 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday through Saturday . Shifts may vary within these hours, so applicants must have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:
