The Spa Coordinator plays an important role in creating a seamless guest experience—from the initial phone call or arrival through checkout and rebooking. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable recommending services and products. Sales is a major component of this position. Team members are expected to confidently educate guests on memberships, service enhancements, current promotions, and retail products while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Become knowledgeable about all Divine Touch Spa services, enhancements, memberships, promotions, retail products, policies, and booking software Warmly greet guests and provide professional check-in and checkout experiences Answer guest questions and assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment management Recommend and promote services, enhancements, memberships, promotions, and retail products based on guest needs Support guest retention through rebooking and exceptional customer service Accurately process cash, credit card, and other approved payment transactions Maintain and organize confidential guest intake forms, membership documents, and other records Complete daily opening, closing, and operational checklists accurately and on time Assist management with inventory, restocking, and other operational needs as assigned Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the spa, including workstations, common areas, treatment rooms, and foot soak stations Assist with laundry and treatment-room turnover as needed Communicate effectively with management, service providers, and fellow front desk team members to ensure smooth daily operations Schedule & Availability Divine Touch Spa operates Monday through Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:45 PM. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20-30 hours per week. Scheduling may vary based on business needs. Applicants must have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
