Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Your organizational skills, technical proficiency, and friendly demeanor will help maintain smooth office operations, support administrative functions, and foster excellent client communication. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and efficiently. Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing programs. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic clerical duties. Assist with client communication via email or phone, providing exceptional customer support and support for inquiries. Utilize technical proficiency in computer literacy to perform tasks such as proofreading documents and managing office software tools. Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry. Experience using multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in a front desk setting. Bilingual ability is a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not required. Strong clerical skills including filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records are essential for success in this role.
