Job Description

Responsible for answering incoming calls, mail distribution and other general clerical duties. Performs various clerical duties as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES 1.
Greets members as the enter the building. 2. Provides great member service to all our members. 3. Assts members by putting them into lobby tracking and getting them to the appropriate person. 4. Professionally administer all incoming calls. 5. Assists other departments with any clerical duties. 6. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, website and other related information. 7. Provides prompt, professional, courteous service in-person, via telephone and through electronic media, including e-mail as directed. 8. Receives and sorts incoming mail. 9. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical tasks. 10. Safeguards member information by applying the highest level of confidentiality regarding member interactions with the Credit Union and securing all member information in public work areas. 11. Attends all required meetings and training sessions. 13. Performs other duties as assigned. 12. Maintains a clean, professional work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
High school graduate or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Thorough knowledge of member services and products provided.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
Excellent member service skills Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Good oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Possess pleasant telephone manner and professional appearance and demeanor.
