What You'll Do As the Front Desk Associate, you are the first impression and heartbeat of the studio .

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and prospects Manage scheduling and ensure sessions run on time Handle inbound calls, texts, and inquiries Support membership renewals and assist in bringing in new clients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio Collaborate with practitioners and management to deliver an exceptional client experience What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Interest in fitness, wellness, or health-related fields (preferred) Sales confidence is a plus Ideal Candidate Background Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience Fitness, health, or wellness industry exposure (a bonus, not required) Individuals who enjoy helping others and building relationships Growth Opportunity This position offers a clear path into: Studio management Sales leadership Health & wellness career advancement Ready to Apply?
